What does drone cleaning cost in Ontario?
A useful quote starts with the property, not a generic price per building. Surface area, condition, access and mobilisation determine the scope.

What affects the price?
The approximate area and height are only the starting point. Material, staining, nearby activity, usable ground space, water arrangements and travel can change the work required. Glass detailing or bonded deposits may need complementary methods.
What should I send for a quote?
Provide the city or postal code, property type, approximate dimensions and the areas to be cleaned. Ground-level photos and a preferred time window help explain the job. For a portfolio, include a list of addresses and priorities.
Can you quote without visiting?
Photos and dimensions support an initial review. If access, surface condition or operational requirements remain unclear, further assessment may be needed before a scope can be confirmed.
How should I compare proposals?
Compare the included surfaces, exclusions, access arrangements, water and runoff responsibilities, scheduling and any manual finishing. A lower headline price is not a like-for-like comparison if the scope differs.
