When you submit an assessment request, we collect your contact details, project information and any files you choose to provide. We use them to assess your enquiry, contact you and manage the project. Website source and campaign information may be stored with your enquiry to understand how customers find us. Our hosting, storage and email providers process information to operate these services. Please do not upload sensitive personal documents. To request access, correction or deletion, contact peter@washwithdrones.com. We retain enquiry information only as needed for the business relationship and applicable obligations. This site uses Google Tag Manager; any advertising measurement should respect your consent choices.

Newsletters and first-cleaning offers

Newsletter signups collect your name, email and consent to receive articles, cleaning insights and occasional offers. Discount enquiries also collect your phone number and preferred contact method so we can follow up about the requested cleaning. Newsletter consent is optional for discount enquiries and is recorded separately; requesting a quote or an offer does not automatically subscribe you.

We store your signup source, consent wording and time with your contact record. To unsubscribe, email peter@washwithdrones.com. We use a browser preference to avoid repeatedly showing the offer: seven days after dismissal and thirty days after a successful signup or enquiry.
