OUR EDITORIAL APPROACH
How we research our articles.
Useful information begins with a clear distinction between published evidence, a planning recommendation and a result observed on a real project.
Who publishes these articles?
News & Insights is published by Wash With Drones for property managers, building owners and facility teams considering exterior cleaning. It is a company publication, not an independent testing laboratory or an engineering certification body.
The launch collection consists of research-led explainers. These articles are not reports of completed customer jobs, and their publication dates do not imply that the underlying technology or guidance was announced on that day.
Research and attribution
Technical points are checked against linked primary sources such as manufacturer care guidance, public research institutions and government publications. Sources appear beside relevant passages and in each article's reading list. Our practical planning recommendations are identified as synthesis rather than manufacturer instructions.
Manufacturer guidance is specific to the product it describes. A cited cleaning document does not approve every drone setup or every building material. For an actual project, the current product instructions and site-specific assessment take priority over a general explainer.
AI assistance and imagery
AI tools assisted research synthesis, drafting and illustration for this collection. Linked evidence was checked during preparation. We do not present AI-generated wording as a quotation from a specialist or invent named experts, customer testimonials or measured outcomes.
Article concept illustrations are labelled as AI-generated. They explain a topic visually; they do not document our equipment, a completed job or a safe operating layout. Any future project photography should be identified as such and used with appropriate permission.
Dates, changes and corrections
Publication dates identify when an article was first published. A source-checked date records the research check, not an assurance that external guidance will never change. Substantive revisions should update the article's modification date; routine site builds should not.

Evidence before performance claims
We do not infer fixed cleaning savings, solar-energy gains, environmental benefits or safety outcomes from the use of a drone. A real case study needs an agreed scope, permission to publish and evidence for its specific claims.
