REACH HIGHER. PLAN SMARTER.
Freshen the surfaces people see first. Suitable drone access can reduce reliance on lifts and scaffolding, with work planned around occupied areas and your building’s finish.
Our aim: faster access, lower access-equipment costs and fewer people working at height wherever the site is suitable. We confirm the practical benefits for your property in the quote.

THE APPLICATION, EXPLAINED
Drone-assisted facade cleaning is assessed for suitable commercial cladding and building exteriors in Ontario. The surface material and condition determine the method, not simply the height of the building. We discuss the wash scope, surrounding areas and any exclusions before work is agreed.
Provide the cladding type, coating information if available, damaged areas and photos of the staining. Note air intakes, entrances, landscaping and neighbouring properties. The assessment should address surface compatibility, water ingress concerns and runoff arrangements; delicate or deteriorated finishes may require a different approach.
Not necessarily. Pressure, water and cleaning method must suit the material and condition. A drone is an access tool; it does not make one wash method appropriate for every facade.
Share the material details and condition first. Sensitive coatings, damaged joints and deteriorated finishes require particular assessment, and some areas may be excluded or need specialist treatment.
Send the address, approximate dimensions, material, staining photos and any restrictions on working hours or ground access. Include information about nearby pedestrian areas, water access and drainage.
